About Us

Rossendale Plastics has been in business for over 50 years producing a multitude of products from semi-rigid plastic sheet and associated products. We pride ourselves in producing quality products at affordable prices

Vacuum Forming

Our small Formec machines offer a maximum in house forming area of 600sq. and are capable of doing single runs or 100's.

Basic tooling is done in house from typically MDF, Resin or Aluminium.

We typically use HIPS, ABS,PETG and Polypropylene materials.

Plastics Fabrication

We provide a range of services including simple cutting, complex routing, bending, forming. We can also provide the rare speciality of edge diamind polishing on Acrylics and PETG.

Our machinery is a mix of woodworking and metal working techniques with an abundance of specialist plastics knowledge built up over many years.

Machine Guards

Machine guards are used in many industries, Packaging, Catering, Food engineering, Robotics and Aerospace
